Which also is a double edge sword for day traders, I presume the savvy daytraders are holding on tight to a core position while they make money in this new channel.

This official signing and closing can happen at any time. "We completed our DD ahead of schedule and due to the current global crisis, we could not in good conscious, withhold our technology from the public another day." Early closing and product launch is a very realistic scenerio.
