The criminal and civil charges stemmed from the YesDTC pump & dump, but Joseph Noel (a former broker) also ran a stock promotion company, Emerging Growth Research LLC, that backed several other ugly pump & dumps back around 2010 - 2013. OPMZ, BMPG, BIEL, and CSKH are a few I remember off the top of my head.

Interesting that he is involved here in any way, especially since I'm pretty sure he hasn't been sentenced yet since his 2014 guilty plea.
