I try to watch and read news accurately. Also speak to people I know in various states and districts. Feedback I'm getting is mostly return to school with some temporary online for 1st semester. This is grade schools and colleges. Whether or not temporary becomes extended temporary probably depends obviously mostly on how the cases are going in that particular area. Thus, I don't forsee any extended online learning as I'm optimistic of the future retraction of the virus. Only see fearful people staying home.
