If you want to argue fundamentals based on market sentiment that is your right to do so. I can assure you however that just because the price mirrors aspects that it did two weeks ago means nothing. Past performance is never an indicator of future outcome. The technical analysis of this chart you posted clearly shows a stock still in a downtrend unfortunately. A higher high and close above 0.030 is the only sure sign of a reversal higher.
