I don't see anything on their website that looks like they did any contracted work for Minervaworks although it may have been removed: https://www.ascentocapital.com/clients

I am not the least bit concerned about a $187,500 fee dispute. We have 2 new acquisitions that should have been completed or nearly completed....by tomorrow!

This is a short term and also a long term non-issue. I don't think anyone is losing sleep over it - shareholders shouldn't either.
