I'm only discussing the amount of stock this plan issues to the unsecured creditors. The plan proposes to give 100 shares for every dollar of unsecured debt. That figure is $13.8M, and can actually be $14.8M if the plan gets its way and $1M of the secured debt gets reclassified. With 100 shares issued per dollar, that is at least 1.38B shares of stock to be added to the O/S which now exceeds 1.6B.

The A/S is 2B for this company, so some action will be necessary to increase the A/S or decrease the O/S.

Assuming they increase the A/S, there'll be about 3B shares in the O/S, and that doesn't raise any cash for the trial the company wants to do, so they'll need to find that somewhere.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
