ND9, I think you may be missing the bigger picture. Simon Group would buy the entire JCPNQ company lock, stock and barrel so they can control all of the leases an owned property then make the deal with Amazon.

I also believe Amazon will want the entire JCPNQ company as well as Walmart and possibly others.

I strongly believe there is currently an ongoing internal and private bidding war going on for the entire JCPNQ company.
