Doesn't matter at all. The outstanding doesn't budge at all since David Pollock moved into this joint venture. They could've diluted the heck out of this since then from .0001 to .0002. A lot of shares have changed hands since then. But not a share diluted.

This is a potential monster in waiting. Say what u want about how u feel about the ticker and the ol man, as others have a right to their opinion as well.
Tickers that have been stagnant at .0001 or .0002 for awhile and that their outstanding remains the same almost always go back up w any material event or news. Even if it only goes to .0003 or .0004 with that news, its a huge win with the potential for .002+
These plays are the easiest to spot n just wait.
Most investors are way too impatient.
Trust me, this will have a run.
This is a perfect outstanding. Cant find too many .0001s at 3.29b that have big lottery potential as this.
