So the other offer is $1/2M ($500,000) for EVERYTHING! The debtors would get $.03 on the dollar (at most). Versus getting 100 shares per dollar, which means the price would have to never go over $.0003 in order for them to do better with the OLD OFFER! Yeah, I'm fairly confident the debtors are going to LOVE this new offer from ARCTUS! lolol!
