Exactly. This is still in a perfect spot.. Even when it looks hopeless is exactly when these seemingly dead tickers can come back and explode.

Naysayers will always nay around these type of tickers just hoping they won't ever come back.
This share structure is perfect still at 3.29b for a huge run with the right news.

And even if u think Charles Schimeca hasn't done anything with this recently at any point this can change hands or if he passes its forced to change hands.
The first mention of anything new or potential new CEO and this goes over .001+ right away. Its just how the itc works. These can sit dead for 10-15 years and as long as the outstanding isn't changing and being diluted consistently more each month are the ones that have the greatest chance to explode once any new material event takes place
Case in point: #LD$R was a stock I was in 2008. Sat dormant for 10 years with roughly the same outstanding of 3.95 billion and I could care less about it. Never once made it above. 0001. Had 50 mill shares in it that I spent 7k on back then. In 2018 it started moving again and hit 2.66 cents and sat above a penny for almost half a year. My acct had over $1.2 million in it at its peak. Cashed out $450k in the end.

Shd have cashed out way earlier but the point is this was dead for 10 years and the naysayers back then saying it was dead and a scam were posting every day saying it can't come back, and saying Financials haven't been posted in years.

These tickers always have a chance. If David Pollock merges this alone w his entity wd go .005+ right away.
Or if anyone else buys it out for the rights or if anything new at all regarding any press release that they are now using it in medical products or cbd/ Marijuana products using the only stem cell technology of its kind, would run this up instantly.
This is a golden spot at 3.29b outstanding at .0001 as its been sitting at that number with no dilution since David Pollock entered the joint venture. I have 120 million shares and can wait as long as I need in this potential high lottery payout.
