No there are more than just Barron who know... Albie knows and I am sure the BOD knows as well. This was a business deal by men well versed in doing business. Now lots of folks on here and elsewhere think or view Barron as a crook. Would Albie and the BOD want him hanging around and spoiling the water? What amount of that amount that he holds would be close to the percentage of the shares that would force public disclosure of his holdings if he kept them all. Anybody consider that as a reason he might have been required to take the money and run?
