John, bankruptcy courts ALWAYS favor the Debtor's plan of reorg to give the company a chance to continue in the business they were in. So all plans even if somewhat equal to the Debtor's (POR) Plan of Reorganization will NOT win the court's approval as the court will favor the Debtors. This is just the way it is in most cases.

The difference here is we have competition that wants all or parts of JCPNQ and in my view, JCPNQ is currently under undisclosed bidding war between JCPNQ Debtors, Simon Group Properties, Amazon, Wallmart, and possibly others.
