Justbecause; Yes everyone is confused about what is happening to the merger taking place behind closed doors. If every material event had to be reported by an 8K we would probably have near 100 by now, IMO.
All that has transpired in the last six months will expand our 10Ks and 10Qs to well over 100 pages.
As far as the current JV share conversions: Shares have been added to the O/S and also voting shares bought up from the float reportable only when they exceed 5% threshold.
Whatever the MMs were doing "at the market" we have had an now legendary support 0028 zone burned into the historical record of the charts. It also left us with an highly reactive float where 10M buys at the ask moves the PPS +20%. So I am just like everyone else here holding and wondering WTF is going on. Some of us had our dry powder under lockdown for a whole month and were (and still are) resigned to watching lucky traders scarf up 0020s, 'sniff', aw crap. Now it will 0030s, then 0040s,,,,,,,
