You are correct. It was a couple hundred million doses by end of 2020, and a billion by end of 2021.

This bodes very well for reducing the pandemic significantly by late spring 2021, when the PO comes out (first round?) for the GSE's.

In the meantime, we now have an extension to unemployment benefits and a payroll tax cut to get us to the end of the year.
