I first went through the 79 pages of intel indicated below within the BRTXQ Disclosure Statement of Reorganization (34 pages) and the BRTXQ Plan of Reorganization (45 pages) from their website:

This is what made it clear for me. I went through the Amended BRTXQ Plan of Reorganization (75 pages) within the Pacer database and it clearly stated within Court Docket #104 as a newly piece of info added/amended, that the... "Equity Interests shall be deemed Allowed based on the records maintained by the Debtor and the Debtor’s transfer agent absent a Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court to the contrary."

My brain is a little fried right now, but I'm going to put together a summary research page over the weekend that might helpful for those who are new and just learning what is going on. This situation is positively different than the norm for BK stocks and their situation.
