Questions...

1. How long can it take to ungagg a TA?
five minute phone call or fax request is my guess

2. You say "to be OTCBB at the start of 2007 and they decided the more expensive reverse merger into a fully reporting OTCBB was the fastest and best route to go"

Ok..how much or how many million/billion shares is the RM gonna cost us? Shells cost about $250K-$750K I believe:

3. So the AS had to increase due to the 506 filing may require addtional available shares. So there is the potential of another1.5B shares to be issued? Yuck!

Man we really need to see the share structure here to know what is going on.

I still think that a group of shorters saw this spike from .02 to .002 and that we should see some covering and the cycle should repeat.
