Would take a huge write up to cover all the bases. I had said it was not likely institutional because they purchase shares on an average daily amount with average daily price range. In pennies we see sometimes the famous 10k share lots and MM cross trades covering up the buying.

When insiders buy or buy back they will have a set price limit to buy stock and will come in 2 days and buy shares within 2 days a form 4 is required to be filed. If its in the articles of a 10K or a previous agreement they can take the shares off the OS through DTC.

We really never know what is going on until days later the proof lands. Just a theory as to the last 20 Min. of action and why 30M in volume on no news. Looks like an insider buy to me.

We will see by Tuesday a form 4 would be due. GL
