gaxy has almost 1.5 bill shares outstanding and a ton of debt. i wouldn't touch this for anything. also, their business model sucks, and they are INSOLVENT by over $6 mil. they have no way to ramp up their revenue to ever pay their debt. will probably r/s soon, if you look at their financials. i assume that is why they have deregistered from being an sec filer.
