Yeppers... Until we hear anything we must go by the old financials I would think... I could be wrong... If it was to bad I don't think Cutler would have got involved.. His other companies didn't have to much debt being carried forward...He is a CPA and has his own firm in Denver for this... I trust he knows what he is doing and looking on his past success I trust him fully, reflected in my large position in AAWC... Hope that helps some...GC
