here is no doubt that the data will be a knockout. I would rather come back in at a higher price knowing more results that will support the share price that having the dilution send us down again to retest lows.

I don't expect it to test some $0.20 levels again. Investors know, there is good things happening soon.

This dilution will cut profits down a very huge time, but still there will be good result coming.

Anyway - I do not like this pattern we see quite often, where big and unnecessary dilution is used to cut present investors profits to late time investors. That's why I decided to send an email to

I have invested in Actinium. Now I noticed, there seems to be a third and quite big $500M offering coming.

Why this? There seems to be enough cash already available because phase 3 is almost done.

I have seen this several times before. Huge amount of money is invested in solely to get huge interest for it in quite short investmet time. Are we going to see this again?

Novartis bought Endocyte for $2.1B. Endocyte had a radioligand product just like Actinium has right now. Only Endocyte molecule was against prostate cancer while Actinium molecule is against much more valuable indication.

Endocyte was diluted this same manner before buyout. Endocyte did not need the cash, but investors wanted to have a good investment. Investors took some 80% of the buyout sale price simply by putting huge amount of money in Endocyte before the buyout.

Endocyte is only one example how it is done to cut present investors profits down just before something good is happening. Actinium is going to have SIERRA phase 3 results soon and it seems to be nice timing to dilute it 70-80% right now to cut present investors profits to fractions.

Are you really going to be a part of this? This will mean to me directly, to my family and my company millions of dollars. It would be nice if you could do something to prevent this scenario happening.
