I agree with your write up. We knew that this was being controlled and driven down for some reason. It seemed to regular and controlled over the period.Unfortunately many sold since the actions fed negative sentiment and fear. I would say a lot of those those retail shares that sold off as a result fell into hands of those that knew what was going on and saw the drop as temporary. It really pays to be a money manager and in the loop. Retiring debt is an entirely acceptable explanation and puts the company in a better position moving forward. .
