if you are looking for where stocks are incorporated, probably 2/3 are in NV, but DE, FL, CO, WY all have plenty....the one that was most shocking was $KENS (Which is inc in NY), and $AWSL (which is inc in WV)....a buddy of mine that has been trading otc forever said he had only seen one other in both NY and WV over last 20 years that he can remember..NY is such a pain in the ass to do business in and is pricey and over regulated...

Sometimes in an effort to remove debt and strip shell clean, the owner will reincorporate a shell in DE....not sure exactly how it works, but i know a guy who said they do it to NV tickers and get a new ticker symbol/cusip and work with clean slate....this makes it easier to sell and make current..not sure how pricey it is to do, but cant be too bad...what i hate is that you have to pay to see many of DE records...

There was a term he used when they do a move to a new state...I will have to dig out the convo...and will share it here...def good info to know
