I hope that is the case....but the SEC filing of the RS concerns me. I just hope that if they do an RS, they announce some good news at the same time or directly thereafter. Otherwise, We are screwed.

It's the offering and dilution you should worry about. They get $500M money they do not need at all.

RS was only used to get price down and dilution up.

Sales price for the whole company will be good. I assume it to be between 2 to 3 billion. Without this dilution sale price would be around $10/share counting in all shares, warrants and everything.

Now while they dilute shares by $500M at something like $0,4/share and sell the company after this dilution, share price will be less than $2.

We should everyone contact CEO Sandesh to tell we know what they are doing and try to cut dilution lower.
