LCYB bought the patents to the recipe that were owned by BioAmber. The listing is in the 6th monitor's report, beginning on page 77, 19 pages of them. The assertion is that the STA agreement with Reverdia is somehow the only agreement to use their "recipe" that will ever exist. BioAmber even said they didn't think they'd infringe on that recipe, but agreed to pay royalties anyway because it was cheaper than litigation. Now they're dead, the Reverdia JV is dead, LCYB has the plant and is either using their own recipe or they've made their own deal with whomsoever owns it.
