The market is always forward looking. That's investing 101. We have been in a long stall period for this year with the GSE's, while simultaneously, the pandemic took over. Big money has been flowing fast and heavy into the pharma/tech future industries that are mainly in their incubation stages. This phenomena is very similar to the late 90's internet bubble....which after it burst, was followed by big money flowing back to those companies actually earning big profits.

Enter the GSE's in 2021. I see a repeat of the early 2000's coming, post pandemic. Dr. Fauci said today he can foresee a billion doses of vaccine ready by the end of the year. The timing for the GSE's looks like it will be perfect.
