Schwab wouldn't purchase the shares for me because they called it a private placement. The Broker, I talked to, searched for a market in the US, Canada and overseas (because of the 'F' designation). He said he saw the shares were trading but did not see any market Schwab would trade in. Did say might try a broker in Canada directly or private placement.
