Its my understanding he did his three months time at the end of 2019 and testified against the people who issued him the fake passport this year. In the meantime, China has put a hold on his dealings in their country until their investigation is complete. In the meantime we're bagholding, BUT, as Sonar has pointed out, the extremely low float and clean shell is worth a lot to someone if he cares to sell it.
