No. There is a 2 million share bid at 1 penny. My suspicion is someone knows how much toxic is left and wants to scoop it and prevent a sub penny close at the same time.

I have some sneaking suspicion this is just the start of a good run.

Coal India, Modi, Elections, China policy all may figure in before the end of October. CCTC may be a small piece of a much larger pie.
