We’ve been through so much pain on this journey — I really would like to see outright Pure CBD Legalization and some version of the SAFE Banking Act to fully open up banking, along with the FDA’s Enforcement Discretion Policy for CBD Products

We definitely deserve it

The breadcrumbs, particularly from Miller and Canopy Growth, are pretty suggestive of Mitch’s motivation to attach Pure CBD Legalization to this stimulus bill

We are going to get a formal policy of Enforcement Discretion from the FDA, which is a great thing for the CBD sector

Now let’s see whether Congress can close this deal and maximize the upcoming rally in the CBD sector
