That is the strategy I play in OTC.

I remember being here before when they tried to go current the first time and went back to defunct. The stock rose and then the Big boys/girls started selling off that created a "free for all" sell off. I watched it dropped like a rock all the way down to sub-penny in two weeks’ time about, then the Wuhan virus hit, all went quite but we got some (carrot dangling) twitter news now and then. The difference this time is the attorney letter , well two letters now it seems.


It is all up to you! This is the OTC not the NASDAQ or NYSE, anything can happen, we all depend on Uncle Spencer who said he cared about the stockholder and said he will keep cost down. But the 27,000,000 stock for capital has me concern a wee bit, it told me there was some dilution going on.


Common stock issued for cash - 27,000,000 270 $129,730 - - - - 130,000

But there is money to be made!
