The problem with HLYK is the convertible debt. Until that gets cleaned up, I see the stock price continuing to drift. I pointed this out last year. Any company, no matter how good the potential is, that use convertible debt financing ALWAYS suffers til they either replace it with conventional financing or eventually go bankrupt because of it...
