Big Picture is to simply get to NASDAQ uplist first. Then release the results for the M/M along with the S/C interim results. The real money comes in when institutional investors and retail investors like robinhood have access to this stock. As of now, they do not.

I do agree that the "we are going to have a meeting" is not good PR. We have a meeting set for xx/xx/2020 is perfectly fine. I do think this PR was for current investors to imply, We have this, hang in there as efficacy needs to be written up perfectly!
