Nobody has heard about that timeline, so when queried about it you sashay over to saying that Leo must know what the timeline is.

I guess that relies on this carefully designed statement:
"The data is helping to inform the planned Phase 2 clinical trial of Brilacidin for COVID-19, targeted to commence in Q4 2020."

Everybody loves a target. Just like a promise but without any potential legal repercussions.

Maybe you should have said that "I assume that there is a targeted timeline for producing the IV drug (B) for trial..."
