Yes, that's another comical aspect of this Microcrap. Kenny spent the first 3 yrs of his reign claiming a CT was just around the corner. Then in 2017 he discovered the joys of pre-clinical, and an IND is required first. Butt again, Kenny could've performed a R/S in 2017 telling SHs it would help CT funding. And SHs would've cheered as in: "Oh looky must be getting close, raising funds". While temporarily forgetting the IND comes first.

So the pre-IND euphoria that caused an O/S of 780M to spike to 0.12 doesn't count anymore? Sigh. Wonder what happens when the euphoria tries to push 1.8B shares up the hill? Slip sliding away.
