These lawsuits are nothing but legal extortion.

When you settle a class action it protects you.
By settling this BS lawsuit does it open the door for more EZ money ones to follow

The lawyers only get paid from a percentage of the settlement

They do not go after company’s that have no money. I think our financial condition had a lot to do with this case settling
