The length of time that I've been here was only in response to your initial comment that we need to be "patient." The relevance is the fact that there are many holders that have been "patient."

For the longest time, the main focus by the Boys has been on the KNOTON and the MORPHEUS group of products!

Was it really? Do you want to talk about focus? Is focus having two supposed products--one in the home entertainment space and the other an IoT play? They couldn't even focus on a single product or in a single domain.

Was it even ever really "for the longest time"? Or was it, more likely, just another wide gap of announcing something and going radio silent before announcing something new.

I really don't understand why you keep harping on the KNOTON like it was ever going to be anything. It had a free app that in the iOS store has one review. It had a failed Kickstarter campaign with only four backers pledging a total of less than $500. Only one of the 10 Youtube videos they posted about this product even broke 100 views. The copy on that product was just a smattering of buzzwords trying to trade on hot trends--apps, IoT, blockchain.

Take a step back from the failed KNOTON and Morpheus. This company did actually have real products on real shelves selling for real dollars. It had real revenue and produced actual financial statements. Mazes of Fate, Black Sigil, Shepherd's Crossing, and C.O.R.E were real games that you could go into the store to buy. The Reader Rabbit franchise was a real asset that they could have built on. Jakers could have become a franchise in and of itself.

You want a promising product? How about a platform where developers could build out games to profit share with Signature Devices? That was at least in-line with their business model. At least during this time, the management even cared enough to have video conference calls. Today, they can't even bother to fake that. Instead they send a press release every one or two years with another flavor of the week.

Everything went south after the spinoff of Graffiti Entertainment. I still have useless Graffiti shares that came as SDVI "dividends" for that spinoff. Other people are in even worse shape because they converted all of their SDVI shares to Graffiti shares.

The fact that you continue to focus on KNOTON and Morpheus and refuse to acknowledge everything that happened between the early stages of this software company and the press releases for hardware in spaces that they knew nothing about leads me to believe that you bought because you thought they had something in KNOTON and Morpheus.

And that's fine. They had slick copy, promised big things, and sounded legit. But that was like two or three years ago. At some point, you just need to call it and recognize that these were never real products and this was never going to happen. It's okay. We all make bad investments. Just chalk this one up and move on. Coming on this board periodically to bemoan that they aren't focusing on either of these products isn't going to change anything. They've moved on and so should we.
