Dave; You are correct and I absolutely made that point today. I think they wanted a huge bang with it! The huge bang comes from the instant credibility they get when they file the AF's. I didn't care if they only had 2004 and 2005 done. File them. Instant credibility! I made that point very clear to ED and I hope he follows through!

I just don't think he realizes the huge impact a pinkie get's from filing AF's!
