Great reply reading all that you said i now agree with you on all you have stated.Your's sounds very similar to this one .. RLF100 was developed in 1970 .....It is terrible when little guys get passed over . I hope yours will find the attention and funding it needs.........Early this week I believe it was ANDY that posted a link to i believe one of the best fact sheets that explains the entire history of RLF 100.................I will try to dig it up..
