I noted within HDC website as they have a clear PDF view of the 144 page compliant below. I wonder... HDC is suggesting discovery as we both know regardless if granted but since HDC is actually indicating certain drawing are in what appears to be exhibited materials do you sense Intel would be forced to supply the background and engineering history proving their articles. Actually their Libraries such as Scikit-learn to state one area? I assume if Intel calls it a library then they must have good records to find all the engineering data to protect their own a$$.

Maybe limited discovery is all we need in some cases? The more I think about this the more I wonder? So Intel tried to destroy their own patent to possibly kill 3 or 4 of ours?... did Intel forget to destroy their products or perhaps all their Library information referencing SVM-RFE?
Damn, now doesn't that remind you Portland and tearing down all our history. No doubt Intel is not a peaceful demonstrator
