Wrong. My point is the Caveat status should be removed once all information is current w/opinion letter.

Next, they will engage with a MM to file 211.

You always say there was fraud from the company, but management hasn't sold 1 share in over a year (per the opinion letter). So.... yeah. This will be fine.
