I came across the US Court document dated June 25. Case no 20-01243-npo chapter 11 Amazing Ene. PDF contains 30 page court opinion that brings to light current situation. A couple higlights:May 20 they abandoned their office space and all business correspondence is being sent to Thornhill law firm in Louisiana he is a director. The bankruptcy case has been moved to TX court due to most of the creditors are from TX. The companies phone # has also changed so if you call from the website, totorchlight answers because they now lease the space. I don't belive Torchlight is a possible sutor as they have more acres and projects to work with and need solvent partner. This is only my opinion from the info.
