This company is a hall of mirrors until the deal is consummated. It may not finally close until year end. Until then, this will be in a trading range of $1.25-$2.50. I'd prefer to get it towards the bottom end if the market has any kind of downturn. Very complicated story that only those very tied in can get comfortable with at this point in time.
