(IMO), The way I read it and understand it, the name just changed with the address. Looks like they did it at the same time. Time will tell. Either way, all is good with me.

(IMO), Additionally, if Liz told anyone earlier that Dr. Doki was to keep the same name and ticker, it could have been seen as inside information was being released.

(IMO), From what I know of Liz, she would not have told anybody about what the two parties agreed upon till Dr. Doki's press release, and I kind of believe what the PR stated could be what they agreed on, but I do not know.

(When Liz said they wanted their name returned to them, (IMO), it was, just not verbatim per the old name). I is the name they now have/use on their new website. Time will tell.
