Because I think that Fredly/PeterH loaded up below 0.10. And took a big chunk of the 10M shares that were issued and dumped earlier.

Who else would be buying? It certaintly isn't institutional all of a sudden. And who would be willing to pay such a high price? People with MONEY.

It can be a good thing if they know that Fredly is committed. They are pretty strong hands. OTOH, I don't see this as "smart" money. They could easily be wrong. And paying too much for the shares.

Hatch has a point. Think of all the progress they CAN make. You may even get a contract abroad. OTOH, if they do a Fredly financing deal with a fixed conversion price of say 0.50, or even $1, then there isn't much value left at these levels. That is the downside. We don't know. For now, I don't see such a financing deal. So it is a mixed bag all around.

They also have to get the collateral shares back. They should have done it already. It is getting more and more expensive as the pps goes up.
