All they got was a letter of intent, and, you can bet the Dems are going to fight it due to the irregularities.

But the stock surge was based only on a letter of intent — not an actual loan — from a new and little-known government agency called the U.S. Development Finance Corporation that was created to provide foreign aid and is run by White House Senior Adviser Jared Kushner's former roommate Adam Boehler.

Then, there is the due diligence on this deal. These funds aren't a done deal yet.

The company behaviour has been just like a pink sheet in the mishandling of this potential deal.

Let's hope they get the funding and this deal moves forward. It would be good for the country. And, it might employ more people from Rochester.

This goes no where except up.
Once the SEC clears things, they should announce some multi-million/billion deals with the corp to produce generic and possibly non-generic drugs.

The COVID companies cannot secure manufacturing, and KODK seems to be the new place to go (as there is no production facilities)

If I remember, last week as there was a request (can't find the news) for FDA to ease off on the manufacuring portion of the drugs.

They gave them and secured their loan to Crash building/updating some facilities, so they are ready in the next few months, once a bunch of new drugs are approved.
