The interesting thing is that RD points out that the price is up IN SPITE of the fact that SIAF has a lot of work to do to become a solid investment.

It has basically done nothing except sign the settlement agreement. Many more positive actions could lift the stock further.

If they publish an operational update, if they start filing, and doing regular updates, if they begin the process to issue the dividend--- then where will we be?
