Signing the LOI may mean $4M cash right away....

from 11/17/06 PR:
"In addition, the Company will receive a cash position of $4 million for further investment in the oil and gas industry via "Farm-outs" and direct working interest investments."

Not to mention the $1.8M in annual revenues from the properties included in that deal.

Also doesn't include any well-reworking they've done, are doing, or plan to do in 2007.............
