I've never understood these arguments. Right, an RS doesn't fundamentally change anything in terms of % of ownership, value of the company, etc. And if done to get to one of the big boards, a great deal of advantages ensue once off the OTC. But it's also true that if a company could organically grow the business on the OTC, and become a candidate for the bigger board without an RS, I as a shareholder holding say 50k shares if that move happens, and the run up say to $10 occurs as institutional investors come in, I'm much happier than if I was holding 10k shares if there was a 1 for 5 RS to get there. But there's so many variables as to what ultimately is best for the shareholders - getting to the big board sooner as opposed to later, float and impact to share appreciation, etc. No need arguing, just look at where things stand and invest accordingly based on the variables as they play out.
