He was Crystal Clear on why he did it. Go back and listen to the court hearing. It was to explain to investors why what is happening and that we would get mad but at least we would know why we are mad. Smh.... had nothing to do with saving the commons. And good things come to those who wait if you are creditors and JCP. For commons the longer this drags out the less likely commons will get anything. Everyone knows that.
