Most of us understand the math.

If you look at 99% of these small and microcaps co that have done a RS 'to get on a better exchange ' , they don't work. The market drops the price as more people sell and then the management needs to sell more shares, this time diluting existing shareholders. It VERY rarely works out. Management never has enough skin in the game, theyre protecting their own jobs.
Do some research or take the word of others here.
BTW I voted NO also...
